Our friendly club is situated behind the fire station, bowling club and next to Carrington Park. Vehicle access is at the end of Holloway Street via a shared entranceway with Carterton School to a public carpark adjacent to the courts. Aims/Goals:

  1. To create a friendly, family environment and have the courts in constant use.
  2. To increase our tennis community.
  3. Gaining sponsorship and giving something back
  4. To improve members' skills and allow them to play and compete at a suitable level.
  5. Most importantly, we aim to have fun!

Whats offered:

Midweek social tennis - is organised for club members on Tuesday mornings from 9.00am to 12.00 noon - We play Tuesday mornings 9.00am to noon, all year round, weather permitting. All levels welcome. May meet for coffee when rainy. Play as a casual or join as a member. Free group coaching session each season.

Play Any-time - You and your family can play all year, any time outside club activities. We also have a casual fee if you wish to join in club activities. Your $25 subscription gives you access to the courts (but not the club house) and a taste of what we have to offer.

Junior Tennis - Junior sessions, Mondays. 4pm-5pm for primary schoolchildren, eight years old and over. All levels welcome. Junior interclub teams (advanced players) play Fridays from 3.30pm.

Family Tennis - Sunday afternoons from 2pm-4pm are for the family. Come along with your family. Children who are competent players will be included in the draw where possible. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult. A court and nets will be provided for younger children - but no supervision. We have spare racquets. Hope to see you there.
